One of the areas Alibaba Cloud needs to focus on is creating a robust partner ecosystem and simplifying the process of onboarding enterprises. The success of global cloud vendors increasing their engagement with enterprise clients depends on whether they provide flawless support.

The roadmap to reach there is not easy. Nevertheless, Alibaba Cloud has the opportunity to become a significant force in the global cloud marketplace with the right strategic vision. The issue here is whether it can do this quickly enough amidst unremitting innovation and criticism.
